Our Return Policy

What are the conditions for return/ Exchange process?

The following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement under this 7 Day Replacement Guarantee:-

  1. Any jewelry that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product.
  2. Any jewelry that has been washed.
  3. Any jewelry not in its original condition.
  4. Any jewelry that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
  5. Any jewelry without a valid and readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, tampered, or otherwise unreadable serial number.

You can return the product to us within 7 days from the date of delivery, if you don’t like it or if there is any other issue with the product. You can simply request either an exchange or to return the product.

How can I return an order?

Every piece of jewelry sold at Nitya Jewels is covered under our 7-Day Replacement Guarantee. Notify us about problems, fitting issues, damages or defects within 7 days from the date of delivery, and we will either refund your money or send a replacement product to you, provided the procedure below is followed.

In order to get a defective item replaced or return the item that does not fit you, contact Customer Service via email at nityajewels19@gmail.com or call us on +91 70442 34428, within 7 days from the date of delivery. The defective product or part will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately, or we will refund your money.Returning of the product can be easily done by the following steps:-

Select the order to be returned.

To get the refund of the order select return and provide your required bank details.

Click on submit.

How can I Exchange an order?

You can easily exchange your product by following these simple steps:-

Click on Order Page.

Select the order to be exchanged.

Select exchange option and select the required product.

Click on submit.

Return pickup is still pending?

Once the return request is made, product will be picked-up between 2-3 working days. If not done, please call us at +91 70442 34428 and we will arrange it rightaway.

How will I get my refund?

If your order was COD, we will credit the amount in your bank account (provided by you), In case of an online payment, we’ll credit the amount into the same account through which you have paid within 7 week days. The refund will be initiated after receiving of the returned product at Nitya.

Where to submit bank details for refund?

You can submit the bank details while placing the return request for the order in your Recent Order.

Why Return pick up is not available on my address?

Apologies, we don’t have pick up facilities at some pin codes, but you can self-ship the product with invoice and you will get the reimbursement up to Rs.100/- for the same.

Will I be reimbursed, if I self-ship my order for return?

In case if you have self-shipped the order then we can refund up to Rs. 100/- as a reimbursement once you share the receipt copy with us at nityajewels19@gmail.com with your order details.

Why my refund is not processed even after pick-up?

Usually it takes 5-7 days for the refund to be processed in your respected bank account once the product is picked up. If confirm that you have submitted your bank details by contacting us at +91 70442 34428.
